LiA’s first event was a great success as more than 80 guests met last night at the Perkins+Will offices for a night of fun conversation, networking, and learning about LiA. This introductory presentation shared LiA’s objectives and goals, and outlined ways in which we can serve the community.

The wide range and backgrounds of attendees—architects, engineers, city officials, interns, students, educators—demonstrated that LiA’s mission of “establishing a forum for design-related professionals” is much needed in the Dallas area. There were also many great ideas and questions about future events and the growth of LiA. We’re excited about the level of interest and involvement from all of you! Thank you again for your continued support.
